Why are my mobile devices constantly asking me to log in again? If you have the "Sync password on Login" setting enabled this will happen. Disable setting to stop problem. This feature is meant for extreme cases only and not reccomended for production use. Support January 7, 2010 
How do I add the License key ? Licenses should be placed in the following folders or other user specified install location for the application: C:\Inetpub\SingleSignOn. Restart website if required. Ashish December 28, 2009
